Privacy statement
This is the Privacy Statement and Policy (“Privacy Statement”) of GR-IQ, where GR-IQ is a tradename of Inproveconsulting. Whenever reference is made to GR-IQ in this Privacy Statement, this includes Inproveconsulting. This Privacy Statement was last updated in May 2019. GR-IQ values and respects the privacy of visitors to its website. This privacy statement explains how GR-IQ handles your personal data.

What data is collected?
When you visit the GR-IQ website, you always remain anonymous. We have no way of seeing who has visited the website. When you visit the website, no personal data is collected or otherwise processed. GR-IQ is, however, interested in general data about website visits, aimed at optimising the website’s functionality and user-friendliness and posting targeted information on it, in order to optimise our services and the use of the website. The data we collect includes for instance the number of visitors, time and duration of visits, and which pages attract most visitors. GR-IQ uses cookies and Google Analytics for this purpose. The information collected via Google Analytics is anonymised to the greatest extent possible. For instance, GR-IQ receives no details of individual visits by individual visitors to the website. The data recorded includes the IP address (with the last 3 figures blanked out), the number of pages visited, the time and duration of the visit, location, the origin of the visit, the type of hardware and software used, visitor interaction and search history. Google does not use the collected data for its own purposes. The data obtained is stored by Google in servers located in the United States. Google has signed up to the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement with the U.S. Department of Commerce.If you fill in your personal data (name, telephone number and email address) in the contact or application form, this data will be processed only to enable us to respond to your request for contact (concerning your question).

Data protection

GR-IQ handles your data with care and treats it as confidential. Your personal data will not be disclosed to companies or institutions outside GR-IQ.
GR-IQ has put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from loss or any form of unlawful processing. The people who have access to your data on behalf of GR-IQ are bound by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Retention period

GR-IQ will not retain your data for any longer than is necessary for fulfilling the purpose for which it had to be processed.
The personal data of individuals contacting GR-IQ through our website will be destroyed at the first such request of the applicant and in any case within no more than four weeks after the contact has been made, unless the personal data is retained with the unambiguous consent of the individual who contacted us.

Links The GR-IQ website may contain links to the websites of other organisations. Once you click on those links, you will leave our website and GR-IQ’s’ privacy statement will no longer apply. GR-IQ is not responsible for the content of any such websites, for protecting your privacy on those websites or for any services offered to you via those websites.
